Return Policy

  • We ensure that all our handmade shoes are of a high quality and in perfect condition when they are shipped to you however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will always do whatever we can to solve any issues you may have.
  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be sent back in the condition that you received them i.e. unworn, unused, complete and still in the original packaging. Extra shipping charges will apply.
  • When your Kickies shoes arrive, it is advised that you check them over thoroughly to ensure that everything is as it should be. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied then you should login to the Kickies site and fill in what you would like to return and the reason to return.
  • A return merchandise authorization number and receipt is REQUIRED for ALL returns and exchanges. A number will be emailed to your email address after you fill out the form. This number MUST be written on the outside of your package or your package may be refused.

Please Note

We do not pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned as unwanted or incorrectly ordered e.g. wrong size selected. We will pay for return shipping for Kickies errors or for goods damaged in transit to the customer. We will also not refund any returned packages that have been lost in transit on their way to us. If you send back a purchase that is ineligible for return then you will not be compensated or have the product sent back to you. Therefore, when you are returning items, please ensure that they are returnable and that you use a secure and traceable sending method.
